The original was made by J. R. Collins in the 1880s for Teddy Roosevelt who ranched in the Badlands. It is now in the Autry Museum.

Good job on the Roosevelt holster. The other holsters on your page are also very nicely done.

I really like your carving style. I rarely see carving I really the like, but yours is very clean. I also like the finger cut style, so I guess I kinda like "less is more". The large background areas and clean uncluttered look seem more difficult to execute than a busier style with more elements to it . Well done.
