Contributing Member SooperJake Posted May 24, 2013 Contributing Member Report Posted May 24, 2013 I've tried everything kind of cleaner and solvent that I figure won' t melt the poly bag to clean off dye that has transferred...no luck. Does anyone have a silver bullet for this? Also, if there is a way to prevent further transfer, I'm all ears, Thanks. Quote
Members Dwight Posted May 24, 2013 Members Report Posted May 24, 2013 Good news, Jake, . . . if you can't clean it off, . . . it will be very unlikely to transfer. Why worry about it? As a last resort, . . . can you turn the bag inside out? May God bless, Dwight Quote
Members particle Posted May 24, 2013 Members Report Posted May 24, 2013 There's so much dye on the interior of my bag, I can barely see through it. But, like Dwight said - it doesn't transfer. I've done a couple of natural holsters lately and didn't get any transfer at all. Quote
Contributing Member SooperJake Posted May 24, 2013 Author Contributing Member Report Posted May 24, 2013 I guess my concern or want was more related to seeing rather than dye transfer. Nothing, not even use, seems to remove the dye! I 'spose it isn't really that big of an issue, all in all. Quote
Members Cyberthrasher Posted May 26, 2013 Members Report Posted May 26, 2013 I'd agree with Dwight, if it's not cleaning, then it's not transferring and there's not much else to be done. NOW, you might want to look at why it transferred onto the bag to begin with. Quote
