Members omlucas Posted June 28, 2013 Members Report Posted June 28, 2013 Hey everyone so I've been looking for a template, I'll attach a pic I tried to figure it out myself but failed lol so If someone could get me a patter or template I would really appreciate it. Willing to pay Quote
Members humperdingle Posted June 28, 2013 Members Report Posted June 28, 2013 There are various ways, but I used a large equilateral triangle, with each edge 20cm to give a purse size of around 10cm. Try it with paper. It'll fold into 4 triangles of equal size...Back, two overlapping front pieces and a front flap. Quote
Members Glendon Posted June 28, 2013 Members Report Posted June 28, 2013 The other common way to lay these out is 4 equilateral triangles side by side, one pointing up, the next pointing down. The most well known example of this is in a video done by Ian of Leodis Leather. These things are tricky to get right. They require a lot more math then us dumb hide pounders are used to using on a daily basis. Quote
