A Few New Ones For Me

I'm still playing around on personal projects trying to learn how to use a sewing machine. I figured why not try out some different colors why I'm at it.

Here is a clip on IWB for an officers model and an OWB for a full size 1911. 8 oz HO on both, Fiebings oxblood dye cut with alcohol and varying amounts of black.

Josh look'n good..... hope everything is going well.... finally back in the shop and trying to get everything back in order after taking the summer off. Son won the novice bareback for Northwest Pro Rodeo Assoc. and had a great year.... grandson made some great rides in jr bulls at jr rodeos.

Good stuff. I've gotten into the Oxblood color recently. I've found that oblood with black thread, black interior, and black edging really looks nice too. I like the contrast stitching too.

I triple stitched one of my first ones too...on accident, but that's another story. Nice work!

Thanks Robert, mine was also an accident, or miss-calculation if you will. Between it being a fist run pattern and the basket weave stretching the front piece more than I'd figured it was too loose without the added 3rd line.
