Cyberthrasher Report post Posted November 1, 2013 There's a motorcycle section down below that has a few things. Your best bet would be to go make a pattern off of your bike for what suits it best. You can also go find a cheap set somewhere - perhaps craigslist or thrift stores. Walmart actually carries a couple of things. There's also a lot of really cheap and poorly constructed stuff on ebay. olds cool Report post Posted February 26, 2014 Tandy has a saddle bag pattern set. I guess it's worth it for just starting out and making generic bags or just seeing how parts fit together. I only used the tool roll pattern once and realized I was could have figured it out on my own. Cyberthrasher hit the nail on the head though. Measure it out and make your own pattern. Custom fit will be better than a generic bag any day.
ReneeCanady Report post Posted February 26, 2014 My first attempt at a toolbag, I did exactly as Cyber has suggested. I went to the farmer's market and picked up a crappy faux leather one to rip apart for a pattern. Worked pretty well. I also just went to Tandy last week and picked up their motorcycle pattern pack. It included a few bag patterns such as a toolbag, a sissy bar bag, and a saddle bag. There was one more in the pack but I forget off hand. My only problem with a pattern is that you usually have to adjust a million things to make them work for you and your bike. So a pattern for those is more of a base line as how to construct, an idea of layouts etc..
