Members benlilly1 Posted January 1, 2014 Members Report Posted January 1, 2014 I've had some oiled leather laying around for a while so I made a seat using it. It has that worn used look. A pain to fit the top since it acts like a piece of rubber and wants to shift while lacing. The cure is to cut the top as small as possible so no buckles or movement. Quote
Members Itch Posted January 1, 2014 Members Report Posted January 1, 2014 I like that look ...Nice work. Quote
Members paprhangr Posted January 7, 2014 Members Report Posted January 7, 2014 I like it, what pan did you use? Quote
Members benlilly1 Posted January 7, 2014 Author Members Report Posted January 7, 2014 Paprhangr, My husband fabricated the pan and we had it painted to match the bike which I will post photos of later. This bike is entered in the Full Throttle Bike invitational down in Florida in a couple weeks. I hope we get everything wrapped up soon. This is very stressful . Quote
Members jmann8686 Posted January 10, 2014 Members Report Posted January 10, 2014 That is a nice seat. I like it. Simple is sometimes the best look for things. Would love to see the seat on the bike. Quote
