This is the first for me, the spur straps and coming up with a design that fit the space and transistioned from one area to another. It started out Sheridan stlye and then just kind of kept adding and tweaking until most of the areas were covered.

I may just try basket weave on the next ones.

Very nice looking spur straps Johnny!!

The black background is nice and makes it pop out more.

I like those buckles, sweet and simple!

They look fantastic! I agree with the others - love the black, it really sets it off! Spur straps are on my list of "wanna make that". Where did you get the pattern? Did you make them double leather?

The straps are from a single layer of leather. The pattern is one I came up with, It is attached for all to use or modify as needed. I did add a few additional leaves on the final pattern.
