Help Finding Wallets And Check Book Covers

Hey everyone!

I'm new to the forum and to leather making. I'm doing a lot of research and trying to find some beginning items to work on. I have found some key chain fobs and things like that however I want to try to make a wallet and check book holder. Does anyone know where I can find some that are just plain jane and I can decorate myself? I have checked Tandy and Sprinfield however they are already tooled and I want to do the degins myself. Thank you so much!! Any advice would be greatly appreciated as well!

If you get on the Springfield site and search for wallet kits you'll see plenty.

They come with a pattern to follow but just use your own.

The leather is a blank canvas ready to carve.

These kits by Tandy and Springfield are pre-cut and may be punched for lacing or sewing, but haven't been tooled. The design of the tooling is up to you. Make your own design or use one of theirs.
