Members Washroad Posted November 6, 2008 Members Report Posted November 6, 2008 Here, let me get sick alongside of you then. Buck up! We've been through bad times before, we'll survive this. So, last night, to celebrate our anniversary, we went out and had some great Mexican food! You folks across the pond gotta try it someday! I had some shrimp enchaladas with a tomotillo sauce that were spicy and wonderful! a little refried beans/cheese and some Mexican rice......really good! wonderful! My wife had some chicken fajitas, mixed with grilled onions, green and red bell peppers, corn tortillas. We started with some nachos, just tortilla chips with some beans, cheese and jalapenos on top. Finished with flan. Oh, and a Jack Daniels! Quote Brian It's YOUR life; rise up and LIVE it!
