I am going to re design the belt loop on the back. There is too much stitching. I plan to simplify.

looks great. The stitching on the back looks good for the brown on brown. I think it would look cool if the stitching on the back for the two straps is \ for left / for right then have the stitch end right underneath the large rivet cap by having the line of stitching go back the other way.

The clasp that you used you hole punch the leather, place the clasp in, then twist on the back with chicago screw type bolts?

I know the stitching is extra work, but I consider well done stitching to be the icing on the cake, and a major difference between good and great. Well done! Thanks for showing this!

I do a fair amount of molding for some of my harmonica cases. I can tell you that it is ~very~ difficult to get that smooth of a result with that deep of a mold, using that heavy weight of leather.

If only I wasn't in my apartment and had easy access to my woodworking equipment. Seeing your pouches makes me very jealous.
