bucksnort Report post Posted July 17, 2014 Thanks Brian, TCAA is a super organization with a great purpose. I still hear all the time how braiding is a dying art. A quick internet search will disprove that pretty quickly. Thanks again for sharing. Buck
benlilly1 Report post Posted July 17, 2014 Thanks for sharing that video Knothead!
KnotHead Report post Posted July 17, 2014 No problem. I am thinking on the scholarship program very seriously. So I have this in mind. How many of you think that I as a braider would stand the chance at achieving a scholarship with the TCAA? I would love to read your thoughts on this. Brian... bucksnort Report post Posted July 17, 2014 I think you would be a great candidate. Your highly skilled at braiding & knot work & working with some of these artists would be a two way exchange. Not sure that my vote means anything to them, but you got it. Good luck, Buck

curlyjo Report post Posted July 19, 2014 KnotHead, Go for it. With your ability to complete the work and assist others, you would be a great asset to that Association. You're extremely helpful with shared info and everyone knows that doesn't happen all the time. Brad
KnotHead Report post Posted July 19, 2014 Thank you Curlyjo. I am still thinking on this venture and also seeking the best possible wisdom and advice on how best to approach the scholarship program. I have a lot of work ahead of me for this. But the thought of doing this is more and more appealing as each day goes by. Brian... KnotHead, Go for it. BondoBobCustomSaddles Report post Posted July 22, 2014 Brian, nothing ventured nothing gained. A friend once told me that I should first find someone who's work I really admired and then find out what they did to get to the level they are at. Using the artists from TCAA is striving to be the best. You can't go wrong with that. Bob
