AndyL1 Posted September 24, 2014 Report Posted September 24, 2014 Hey all, Just finished this nice little bracer up for a customer in Luxembourg. A Pictish mermaid from an ancient stone carving found in Scotland decorates the front, three roller buckles on straps keep it on the wrist. Lined with pigskin for comfort. Main panel is 8-9oz veg, straps are 6-7. Dyed with Fiebings Pro Oil in light brown (diluted down with denatured alcohol since their dye tends to be very dark.) Measures 10cm wide and fits an 18cm wrist. My customer said he recently had wrist surgery and wanted something in leather to be supportive. Comments and critiques are welcome! Cheers, Andy Quote
