Members tboyce Posted November 2, 2014 Author Members Report Posted November 2, 2014 We're I to copy the pattern precisely, a copyright would apply. A copyright on a picture simply means I cannot use the picture itself for commercial purposes. There's no law against creating one's own pattern based upon another's design. The trademark goes to logo and name usage. That, I would never copy Quote
Members zikman Posted November 3, 2014 Members Report Posted November 3, 2014 I am interested in getting a pattern made from a paper template that I've been using. Can I send you a photo of the paper template with some measurements? It's a very simple one-piece shape but it has some curves and I'm no good with Illustrator. Quote http://www.helmandcraft.com/
Members Khann Posted September 22, 2015 Members Report Posted September 22, 2015 Hello tboyce. I know its been a year since you last posted but do you still make patterns on request? Quote
Members tboyce Posted September 23, 2015 Author Members Report Posted September 23, 2015 Yes. I'm a bit slower now though. Not as active here lately. Quote
saints1589 Posted September 24, 2015 Report Posted September 24, 2015 I'm pretty new here but how do I get to see the patterns that you have uploaded for all to see? Quote
