I got this in the mail today from the Leathercraft Guild in California. It was third place in thier fundraising raffle last month, an original Christine Stanley carved wallet. It's gonna look good on my wall next to some of my other leatherwork from the masters. I sure do love those leather related raffles! Wish I was that lucky in the lottery.

That's freakin awesome man. You gotta love them there raffles. I won a notebook by Chan Geer in a raffle. Yeah me !! Best dollar i ever spent.

Clay, congrats. That's a very nice looking wallet, and a great example of how that style of lacing should look.

Conrgrats Clay! Love the lacing! Speaking of raffles any idea what the next subject will be for the next Leatherworker.net carving contest? We haven't had one all year!

Those oak leaves are awesome. I really like the way he used both raised and cut veins. That would be a proud addition to a master collection. Congrads Clay
