Antiquing sure makes a big difference in showing up your design. Here are two holsters I have completed. The one on the left in each picture is not antiqued and the one on the right is. I think the one on the right looks much better. What do you think?

It is , of course, a matter of personal preference. I prefer the antiqued look most of the time my self.

The antique brings out the quality of the tooling.
