Members choladay Posted December 25, 2014 Members Report Posted December 25, 2014 I'm new to leather working. I figured now that I found this forum that I would share some projects I have completed so far. All constructive criticism is appreciated. Hope you enjoy. Quote
Pounder Posted December 25, 2014 Report Posted December 25, 2014 Looks good, might work in the stitch line but that is a real bear anyway. Skull looks good. Quote Crooked Finger Leather 5514 E. Hwy 40 Greenfield, IN 46140 (317) 947-8046

Members jdmracer12 Posted December 26, 2014 Members Report Posted December 26, 2014 you're definitely a lot farther along than I was as a beginner. These look very good. My first projects ended up in the garbage can. Some things I did notice while looking at the pics are trivial, but they will help your products look even better. on the basket weave wallet there is a scribe line right through the center of your stamping. before the leather is completely dry take modeling spoon and carefully "erase" this line. one other thing is that your edges are a little wavy. The best thing I've found to get straight edges is a straight edge ruler and a rotary cutter. again, very good work! Quote
