I've completed the project meaning I'm on to the next one. I would love some feedback!

Big job and lots of leather!! My only concern is the looseness of the leather. You are brave for such a big project. I've done upholstery and it's not my favorite job!

Benlilly a little less than 2 hides and particularly in the seat it was difficult to get the leather tight, I may give another go at the cushion.

I bet if you put the piping back on like the original seat cover it will be tighter and smoother. Good Luck!
