BDAZ Report post Posted January 14, 2015 I found a 100 foot reel of 4mm copper ground wire from my amateur radio daze and wonder what the best way to turn it into rivets? Are there any off the shelf tools to create a flat head? I am trying to save time and money... Thanks! Bob
BIGGUNDOCTOR Report post Posted January 14, 2015 Actually probably less expensive , and far less time to just buy them, but what fun would that be, right? Cruise on over to www.Iforgeiron.com and search rivets. A header plate will help a great deal in making the rivet head.

cgleathercraft Report post Posted January 14, 2015 Maybe i'm missing something but what about the copper rings? I'll probably pick up this tool if someone can point me in the right direction of either applying them without rings or making them too!
