Members Windrider30 Posted February 15, 2015 Members Report Posted February 15, 2015 Well this is the very first biker/trucker heck wallet period that I have done I really like the way this has turned out. and with out the chain might beable to sell them as a woman's hand purse. Not the best of photos as I used my phone to take these. Has 5 pockets total and I make the chains so they do not cost me that much. Quote

Members Eddie1968 Posted February 15, 2015 Members Report Posted February 15, 2015 (edited) Looks great! I like the design. Like everything I make there is room for improvements. Focus on the angles of the basket weave so they match on both sides, and tighten up that lace a little. You have inspired me to try one of these myself. Members Windrider30 Posted February 15, 2015 Author Members Report Posted February 15, 2015 Yeah the lace does need to be a little tighter saw that once I had finished as there are a couple of spots that seemed just a bit looser then the rest, did mash it down with a hammer a bit to get it to match up a bit. The angle is one thing I still have a little trouble getting when going around a curve, just with the punches but still learning. Thanks for the compliment and the advice Eddie! Going to be making another one in the near future. Once I get an eyelet punch! Quote
