GaryNunn Report post Posted April 21, 2015 The manual is unclear on this, but how do I adjust the tension on the bobbin on the Singer 111W151? Thanks, Gary
Constabulary Report post Posted April 21, 2015 Left screw on the bobbin case spring - see picture. Make 1/4 turns and check again
Dwight Report post Posted April 21, 2015 Thanks, Constabulary, . . . you make it look easy. But sometimes there are very few more frustrating things than a machine that "should" do this, . . . but only does "that". Thread tensions on sewing machines sometimes are hectic to fix. May God bless, Dwight
Constabulary Report post Posted April 21, 2015 Thats correct but the only question was: "How do I adjust the tension on the bobbin." and thats what I have answered.
GaryNunn Report post Posted April 21, 2015 (edited) I feel like such a newbie asking this, but I can't figure out how to remove the bobbin case. I actually tried to remove it before posting my original question, but couldn't figure it out. Edited April 21, 2015 by GaryNunn
gottaknow Report post Posted April 21, 2015 The bobbin case stays in the machine. You adjust it from the side towards the front. Regards, Eric
