The manual is unclear on this, but how do I adjust the tension on the bobbin on the Singer 111W151?

Thanks,

Gary

Left screw on the bobbin case spring - see picture.

Make 1/4 turns and check again

Thanks, Constabulary, . . . you make it look easy.

But sometimes there are very few more frustrating things than a machine that "should" do this, . . . but only does "that".

Thread tensions on sewing machines sometimes are hectic to fix.

Thats correct but the only question was: "How do I adjust the tension on the bobbin." and thats what I have answered. ;)

I feel like such a newbie asking this, but I can't figure out how to remove the bobbin case. I actually tried to remove it before posting my original question, but couldn't figure it out.

The bobbin case stays in the machine. You adjust it from the side towards the front.
