Kevin King Posted November 24, 2008 Report Posted November 24, 2008 (edited) I have a repeat customer who is wanting me to make a wallet for his four year old boy. He doesnt want to give him the wallet until he is 18. His plan is to have me make one now and he will store it for 14 years. Any suggestions on how to store? where? what in? If it will be ok after 14 years? etc. KK Edited November 24, 2008 by Kevin King Quote

BruceGibson Posted November 24, 2008 Report Posted November 24, 2008 think vacuum seal! That's the first thing that came to mind. Get a Foodsaver and vac-seal that thing. Quote
Kevin King Posted November 24, 2008 Author Report Posted November 24, 2008 Think that'd do it huh. How well you all think the thread will hold up? KK Quote
MADMAX22 Posted November 24, 2008 Report Posted November 24, 2008 Should be fine as long as you keep it out of the sunlight. Vacuum seal and keep it at a steady temp in a dark place and your good to go. Heck even keep it in a nice box in a dark place in steady temps and it would be fine. Its the temps and sunlight/artificial sunlight that will eventually get it, Quote
Kevin King Posted November 24, 2008 Author Report Posted November 24, 2008 Alright. I'll let him know. thanks for the info. KK Quote
