Made this sheath and axe combo for a friend. This was his sons 1st knife he ever made and wanted me to make a sheath for it to fit a possible bag that I made for him. He also bought this axe at a yard sale and wanted a combo. Here is my feable attempt. I have never posted my work on here and am blowed away by all the talent here.

Nice work!! Welcome to the forum!! The neat thing here is you can share and ask questions about leather work and techniques. It is a great group of craftspeople and a wealth of knowledge!!

Hi and welcome to the board!!

Good looking stuff and really nice shots too with that hair on hide as background. Looks just like raindeer fur to an old Swede like me.

I love the combo case! It is outstanding!

It looks wonderful and I bet your friend's son is going to be proud to have your work to go with his own.....
