indidana Posted July 25, 2015 Report Posted July 25, 2015 I got it in my head that I wanted to make this belt style and within two days I did! I'm fairly new to leather working, and this is my first belt. I used Tandy's belt sizing guide to measure myself and draw a belt template for 29" waist, and it fits perfectly! I used 8-9 oz leather, coal black dye, and cova colors, as well as super shene, black edge kote and gum tragacanth. I don't have a good wood burnisher so my edges aren't as nice as I'd like them to be, but considering I cut it all by hand I think the whole thing turned out well. Quote
