Members Mtn Face leather Posted September 16, 2015 Members Report Posted September 16, 2015 I've been making custom stamps with my laser engraver out of 1/4" acrylic. I thought originally acrylic would not work, but to my surprise it works very well with an arbor press. They're not indestructible, but as long as apply even pressure, these will last a very long time. I'm selling them for $10ea.. that includes shipping. A small art fee may apply if you have something complex.. $5 to $15 .. PM me if interested Ron I've been making custom stamps with my laser engraver out of 1/4" acrylic. I have my own logo it's a little complicated but I'm not sure how complicated it would be to make. Do you have an email or some way I can contact you? Thanks!!

Contributing Member Ferg Posted September 21, 2015 Contributing Member Report Posted September 21, 2015 This is an impression from a stamp Ron made for me. It is exactly what I wanted, it does a perfect job. This was pressed into dry Lisarda Leather from Italy. I done it with my Arbor Press. Ron is very good with the laser and is prompt with his work, check him out! ferg

King's X Posted September 22, 2015 Report Posted September 22, 2015 (edited) I ditto Ferg's comments. That stamp above his was made for a special project I have in the works. I am making a limited number of key fobs to raise some money. Ron was so patient with me and my design changes. I appreciate you. Edited September 22, 2015 by King's X Greetings from Central Texas! I will be raising the price to $15 for the 1st 1-1/8" and $10 for every square inch after that. Between the shipping, materials and time, theres little profit in this. I enjoy doing this, but I have to make it worth my while too. I put about an hour of work into almost every stamp, between emailing, design work and making sure your stamp is perfect. If you order from me more than once then I will definitely give you a discount, Or if you send more work my way from others, I will do the same.. Sorry for the inconvenience. Starting October first I will start with this price. This gives anyone who was pondering a stamp a little more time. Thank you to everyone who has placed orders with me already and I look forward to making more stamps others.
