Rotary Blade Sharpener - Does It Work?

Wondering if anyone has used a rotary blade sharpener. I was looking at one from SLC

Does it work? I'm trying to get as much use out of blades before changing. Thanks for any input.

I have one. It does sharpen, but following the directions it never gets as sharp as a new blade for me. I wound up get the blades by the hundreds for a reasonable price from eBay. $90 for a 100 blades (45mm).

I have them for 60 and 28?. It doesn't make the blades worse, but not sharper.

You should get paid for your time trying to use them.

I have one and had I kept the receipt I surely would have returned it. I know use this version shown in the photo. I got an off name brand from Ebay, but I think the maker is Tru-Cut.
