Well my first holster. Used the JLS pattern and modified it for my colt compact 1911. Critics welcome.

I've never been a fan of thumb breaks, . . . but my 1911's (so far) are Commander and full size, . . . they squeeze down in and don't wiggle out.

But I do really like it overall, . . .

Thank you for the positive comments. The thumb break is something I wanted to try just for an added measure of security. Not sure how many have ever used a public men's room. You go to have a seat and your expensive fire arm slips the holster and clatters across the floor. This happened on a few occasions with an expensive milt sparks holster. Going to wear it and see how she rides. I am going to do some draw drills this weekend.

I need to work on my edges more. And the edge Kote I used peeled the first time. I read some will dye the edges and then re-burnish with bees wax. Also lots of tool marks. Maybe practice will make the next one cleaner.
