Members Spills21 Posted February 6, 2016 Members Report Posted February 6, 2016 Hi. I am hoping someone can point out what type of rivets are used on this pouch? I don't like the color of copper burr rivets, and I don't like I guess what you call the burr or little bump when you are finished pounding them out. So what is used on this pouch? Are they easy to set or need special tools? Thanks so much Quote
Members Ole South Posted February 6, 2016 Members Report Posted February 6, 2016 Looks like Double Cap Rivets. Tandy is now carrying Brass rivets and burrs.... put them in backwards... bump to the back. Quote
Members Spills21 Posted February 6, 2016 Author Members Report Posted February 6, 2016 Thanks for the reply Ole South... But I am not sure if those are the correct rivets. The two pics attached show the front and back of the rivet. And there isn't the burr bump on them. So I am wondering if they are different types of rivets? very smooth on both sides... Quote
