KY23 Report post Posted April 7, 2016 Not sure if this has been posted or not but I stumbled on this video on Youtube and it is awesome. Great tips and instruction. They use the Cobra to do the video but its all relevant to my Cowboy as well. Best video on sewing I've found so far:
Uwe Report post Posted April 7, 2016 Nice find! I had not seen that one before - and I've watched my share of 441 class videos on YouTube. Another new-to-me video popped up in the suggested list that covers some of the same material but also contains some important timing adjustment information that I've been looking for:
gottaknow Report post Posted April 8, 2016 A word to the wise about cleaning machines with compressed air. As a general rule, you never want to blow air into a closed area on a machine. You may get what you can see clean, but the fuzz will likely end up some place you can't see or easily get to. Most of the time it's harmless, but there are occasions when it will cause a bind down the road. I use tweezers most of the time, and don't get too concerned about a little residual fuzz. We're sewing primarily 26 oz. wool which requires twice daily cleaning on most machines. Regards, Eric
