Matt S Report post Posted June 2, 2016 Hot off the bench in the early hours this morning. Bakers london tan bridle shoulder for the front, back and straps. Belly for the gusset and internal pocket. Will fit an A4 binder (the original brief). All seams hand stitched @7SPI. I usually do the strap ends at a finger pitch but picked up the 7 iron out of habit and didn't notice until too late. bikermutt07 Report post Posted June 3, 2016 So was the leather press finished?
Matt S Report post Posted June 3, 2016 1 hour ago, bikermutt07 said: So was the leather press finished? I'm sorry but I don't quite understand the question. The leather is London tan (colour) bridle-finish. Pit veg tanned, brush-dyed and then hand curried with dubbin. I suspect it goes through some sort of roller press to slick it at some point. bikermutt07 Report post Posted June 3, 2016 I understand. Auto correct is a pain in the butt. I had asked if it was pre finished and then auto correct thought I was stupid. Sorry. Looks beautiful.
