Stewart Report post Posted October 18, 2016 I finely figured that I am not that good at selling leather products. May be my skill level. What I do like is tooling leather and painting. Now I just do the leather rounders for enjoyment. I now try to do what ever gets my attention on them. So with every ones attention on the Clown deal. Figured I give it a go
TonyRV2 Report post Posted October 18, 2016 I like the baseballs. Have you thought about marketing to the local little leagues? Who wouldn't want a box of specially logo'd baseballs to pass around at the banquet?
Stewart Report post Posted October 18, 2016 Thank You TonyRV2. Some I sold were too other leather craftsmen and then some to fellow workers that gave them away to their best customers. The Farmers markets did not work out. It was a trip to learn how to do them. Old baseballs changes the shape of the pads. So the two pads were different circumferences. New ones should be the same. Anyway it was all good and still is.
TonyRV2 Report post Posted October 18, 2016 In my limited experience I think you have something unique there...like I said, hit little leagues, high schools, junior high...(heck, can you make a football too??) I guarantee you'll eventually hit pay dirt and word of mouth will have you busier than a one legged man at a butt kickin' contest.
