Machine is in "new" condition. It has been used few times to cut leather shoes, then covered and been sitting in our warehouse for more than a year. No wear or signs of usage. It can cut leather, PU leather, fabric, PVC, Rubber, KT boards, PVC foam boards. It uses high frequency oscillating knife and vacuum suction to keep the material in place.
