I can't believe that you haven't found them rivets yet. I have bought the for Tandy the last time. Also bought domed rivet setters 4 mm through 12 mm. I believe they are also sold as mushroom rivets. Did you find anything o. Gold Star Tools?

These look like a regular tubular rivet set with a washer and a rolled edge vs a double cap or a splashed/split back.  I have seen these used and they make a nice finished smooth look.  However I actually do not know where to buy them or the setters.

Yup that sounds exactly like that I am looking for why are they so hard to find! lol and I would need press setters as well.

If you find a setter I bet you could use a copper burr for the washer as well.

-Hand Clincher or Manual Bench Riveter for setting (look under the Tools & Machines tab)
