Best use for 9-11 oz. Leather pieces

Hi.Newbie here.Get hold of few expensive golden Oak Veg. Herman..Oak 9-11 oz. size from 6"x8" to 8x10 1/2" that to be made into some memorable item(Beside Gun holster/knife sheath..etc) I have no idea of what(Newbie artist block?..LOL)Any tip/suggestion is welcome/appreciated.Thanks in advance.

What do you want to try? What are your interests? Tooling? Stamping?

Thanks for all the tips.To answer Mattbagger:"Already made gauntlet,armband,toolpouch, wine box,,art pieces with tooling/dye color.Get stuck with idea what to make next that utilized avai.resource above(They are expensive!!) in the best sense possible.Have no dog/gun SO collar/,ammo pouch is out. NOT mind if require extra  time/effort or even some money if it is sound idea project.Reason to inquire the fertile minds on this forum!!

I'd say look in the show off section and see what catches your eye that you want to try. If already made art piece do another. Stamping and carving are an art in themselves. When they are done well and look good.lol Same with dye. The leather you have is perfect for stamping and carving. What to stamp or carve would be only something for you to decide. Thats all I got.
