I've just finished this and thought I'd post it here. Its a bit different to my usual vinage leather style strap.

That is incredibly well done!  I like the contrast stitching.  How did you get the holes to line up so well for the perforations?

Thanks. :)

This leather marks quite easily so I just lightly marked a verticle line down the centre, I then used a set of dividers to mark the centre of each hole. I used the same process for each of the outside rows and keeping the same distance on the dividers ensures the holes are pretty much central. Its quite tricky and time consuming but looks good in the finsihed strap.

Wow! That contrast is fantastic, and the strap goes together with the watch very well! Super cool!

Thank you. It's around 9spi I think. I use an awl instead of pricking iron as I find using the iron so close to edge deforms the edge.

It's hard to class up an Omega but your strap does. That is really nice use of contrast and the band appears flawless.

Man, I'm intimidated by big projects, but I can't even imagine getting that kind of detail and precision in such a small project. Beautiful work.

Beautiful! What did you use for the green "lining" on the inside?

Thanks. The inner is just a skived down strip of green goat skin.
