I'm looking for a shoe patch machine  prefer foot powered in good working order  in the Dallas or Abilene  Texas Oklahoma city Oklahoma area. Any ideas or leads would be appreciated

I know its a little further than you said but I found a listing yesterday for an Adler 30-5 Treadle Machine in Winfield, KS on Craigslist. They were asking $550, OBO I believe

What shape was it in did they say ?

That Adler 30-5 sure looks like it's worth a loooong drive to pick up. If I was within driving distance, my inquiry to them would go like "I'll take it. When's a good time to pick it up?"

Sounds like a good deal. If it really is a 30-5 then it is a small (standard) bobbin machine but it is using 332 L (LONG) needles instead of the standard 332 / 29x1 needles. These needles 332 L are 10mm longer than 332 needles. Just wanted to have it mentioned.
