Members Squilchuck Posted March 9, 2018 Members Report Posted March 9, 2018 Like-new Rex Riveter bought a few years ago from Weaver. Comes with both splash anvil and cap-setting anvil to set all sizes of #104 rivets. I bought a more versatile Little Wonder, so don't need this nice tool anymore. $50 plus shipping cost. Board shown below not included, unless you want it too.

bikermutt07 Posted May 7, 2018 Report Posted May 7, 2018 If it is around Friday I may be able to take it. Of course no holds. I'm not paying 80 bucks for a belt!!! It's a strip of leather. How hard could it be? 4 years and 3 grand later.... I have a belt I can finally live with. Stitching is like gravy, it's only great if you make it every day. From Texas but in Bossier City, Louisiana.

bikermutt07 Posted May 8, 2018 Report Posted May 8, 2018 Great. I had to look up #104 rivets. Are they comparable to the #12s from Tandy? I'm not paying 80 bucks for a belt!!! Members Squilchuck Posted May 8, 2018 Author Members Report Posted May 8, 2018 I looked on Tandy site and didn't see #12 rivets, but their tubular rivet is like a 104. Go to the Weaver site and check them out. Splash anvil spreads end in star shape. I use caps. --John

I imagine your length would need to be near perfect for a cap to work. I'm not paying 80 bucks for a belt!!! It's a strip of leather. How hard could it be? 4 years and 3 grand later....
