harlan Report post Posted June 22, 2007 I'm so excited to find you all! I'm still in the "aquiring info" stage but hope to start making custom holsters and other items soon. I've been doing a lot of reading and window shopping at Tandy's web site. I haven't even bought a single tool yet (doing a little research so I don't buy the wrong things). I'll be mostly lurking for a while and hope you don't mind if I ask a lot of "uneducated" questions. I've already learned a lot from you guys and look forward to learning even more. freak Report post Posted June 23, 2007 I'm in Tyler. I'm in Royse (whisle when you hit that "s") City. Your just east of me. There's a guy that lives in Wills Point that does alot of leather work. He has some of his stuff at Canton. I was hoping to run into him the other day when i stopped in at Tandy's in Mesquite. Lucky me he was there. Right know he's staying at home taking care of his Mother-N-Law and doing as much leather work as he can get in. He gave me his number and told me to give him a call anytime i can get out and he'd be happy to show me. I don't know if he'd be open to anyone but if you'de like i'll give him a call and see.
