WilburLeather Report post Posted April 3, 2018 Using dyes in your leatherwork is really important. I've often found that it's the difference between a mediocre project, and a good project. Despite this, I haven't really seen a good explanation about dyes and using them in your leatherwork. bikermutt07 Report post Posted April 4, 2018 I think stitching is more of a make or break for a project. I have seen some great stuff with splotchy coloring. But bad stitching just lowers the appearance more than anything, I think. And I'm not saying this to discourage anyone. We are all still learning.
