When doing a straight line stitch, I get that I want to go back over my starting stitch to lock it in and then again at end. When doing the complete circumference of a piece (like going around a wallet) 360 degrees, do I need to do the same or does overlapping the starting stitch with the end by 2-3 stitches suffice. Anticlimaddox Report post Posted August 31, 2020 Making sure I follow - if I'm going all the way around a piece... start stitching without going back over it overlap the start stitch after going all the way around and then backstitch at the end to close it out and lock it?
