Members YinTx Posted September 14, 2020 Members Report Posted September 14, 2020 Nice work, that is a ton of tooling!! I have the same issue with black. Folks like my work, and want to know if I "have it in black." Like, "love the creativity, can you hide it so I can't see it now?" argh. "Love the hand stitching too, can you make it disappear into the black leather with some black thread instead?" YinTx Quote

Only once in a while I get to do something different. My next one has been enjoyable. It will be all natural! Quote
Members Tugadude Posted September 15, 2020 Members Report Posted September 15, 2020 I restore and collect vintage bicycles, mainly road bikes and can attest that black is truly the best color if you intend to ride the bike. I've put blue, green, brown and white bar tape on my bikes and after only a short time, they all appear dirty. Black doesn't. So in the end, while it might seem boring it is practical. Quote
