Hi all,

I am trying to find this buckle, but have no idea what it is called. Any help would be appreciated!

It looks like a variation of a collar fastener, used at the top of horse collars.  The lever has more curve than the ones typically available.  Maybe a company had some made to their own specifications (?).  I believe the are available through Weaver Leather, at least in stainless steel.  The Buckle Guy would be another possibile source.
