oh SNAP!  that camouflage detail work around the edges look super.  Simple but very nice.  And the display on the wooden planks sends out that rustic vibe. Good work!

what kind of 3d printer makes metal concho's? or are they plastic?

That is absolutely beautiful work.  What filament did you use for the conchos?

Thanks. The conchos are made of brass and gold plated. I designed them on AutoDesk Fusion 360 and then sent the file to www.shapeways.com. They print and plate them and ship them back to me. I designed in a boss on the back with a hole that I tap for a screw to secure them in place.

Oh, I see.  The wax mold for a brass casting is what is 3D printed.

Very nice work. Very interesting conchos they add a real personal touch , I wouldn't mind getting some custom made ones printed and cast myself.
