Hello, 

I am new here and hope someone could help to identify this machine which my best guess is a leather related machine. Still functional.

This machine is probably meant to trim down new outsoles after they have been glued to a shoe. After that they would be squeezed together by smooth wheels, or placed in a sole press, or sewn on an outsole stitcher.

I couldn't imagine how it works and also couldn't find any similar machine in the web. Hopefully could figure it out.
