Singer 307G2 Zigzag informations

Hi, 

am a newby in this forum. My grandma has a singer 307 G2 and am trying to understand how to find the serial number .

on the motor plate I can see BS-12 and then a number with 6 digits.

is BS-12 the serial number ?

No, the motor is just an accessory. Singer serial numbers are punched into the lower right front of the base of the machine.

In front I just got 307 g2

am not able to find another number. (Machine is not with me, so I will look myself next days)

tilt the machine back its just below the flat bed right in front of you.

I found it. thank you

PA368688 seems the correct number.

so now I should be able to date the machine.1954 if am not mistaken 

my objective is to understand the cost to sell it.
