Members Hags Posted December 31, 2021 Members Report Posted December 31, 2021 Kinda slow during the holidays so I'll post some past work. This was a freebie for a good friend. The story is his Grandfather took this knife to France in WW1. It is a folding hunter, with what I think is a bone or cow horn handle. The sheath he had for it was deteriorated beyond repair. I made this to keep it covered. It will never be used. There was also a bit broken off the end I repaired. Kinda cool I think. Quote Not so retired RN. Living on the Washington Peninsula.
Members YinTx Posted January 25, 2022 Members Report Posted January 25, 2022 Don't think I've ever seen a blade like that, it is kinda cool! Neat story and kudos on the sheath, also! Quote Worked in a prison for 30 years if I aint shiny every time I comment its no big deal, I just don't wave pompoms. “I won’t be wronged, I won’t be insulted, and I won’t be laid a hand on.
