  1. Good news, I thinned it like 20-25/75-80 I think and sprayed it on came out pretty close to what I wanted. Thanks for all the advice.
  2. I have problem with the light blue dye comeing out dark blue on my projects. I've thinned it to almost to 50% with same results. Do I need to prep leather with something first? I'm useing Fiebings dye and reducer.
  3. Thanks for all the nice comments.I switched the flowers out of that pattern and used these,
  4. This was the Tandy purse pattern pack, the Downtowner purse. A Xmas gift for a coworker's mom.
  5. I use this black poly stuff, I got it from a construction company, they use it to line their rock hoppers. It's 1/2in. thick, this piece was left over scrap. Works great for cutting, the knife glides right over it with little drag. If you want more info e-mail me at gvonheeder@optimum.net
  6. Thanks again Sylvia. After reading the user manual I found I have some missing parts. Your on top of my great list. Thanks
  7. Thanks a bunch, you guys are GREAT.
  8. I'm looking for a user manual for a 31-17 Singer. Need to know how to set the depth of the needle shaft I guess that is what it's called. Had to pull the shaft out and replace it and it wasn't in the right position to begin with. Appreciate any help. Thanks
  9. Here are couple of different ones I made. The single one has velcro on the flap, the double one is for a 10 round and an 8 round side by side. Maybe this will help you.
  10. It was the picture forgot to down size it. Here's another pic.
  11. Just finished this one yesterday, hair on cow, for a Ruger SR9. Any and all comments are welcome.
  12. I some times move my computer chair and use the floor protector under it , works great for larger pieces, the one without the dimples ,that's for solid floors. The knife doesn't cut into it.

The most beautiful thing I've seen on here so far I believe, it's very inspiring. How many hours do have in making it?
  14. Looks pretty good, can't wait to see it in color.
  15. First of all the customer wanted the open trigger,he really liked it. the snake skin is Python, finished the edges with Fiebing's Dura Edge, and lined it with pig skin.
