  2. thanks for your kind words it is a techinique i learned from a billy 2 shews dvd that i bought on this site i would recomend it to anyone
  3. this is a hendrix srv wallet i done for a friend he wanted it to look beat up i think i nailed the look i still need to pay more attention to my binding

  9. hi everyone i see a lot of questions about edge finishing. the way we finished edges. we started by dying the edge with a water based dye then we sealed it with tallo wraped in a cloth we then burnished it before we polished the edge with glus size. good luck david

  13. hi everyone signed up to the site a few days ago thought i had better introduce myself. my name is david im origonaly from northern ireland but am now living in scotland. i worked in a saddlery on and off for 20 years made everything from a face plate for an elephant to putting a wolfs paw print on a bike seat. i am trying (very trying my partner says) to start my own business in scotland and am looking at getting in to the tooling side of things. the standard of workmanship on this site has just blown me away i take my hat off to all the artistst on here. good luck david
