Thanks James...No I do not use vinegaroon or similar things ( I have never seen that thing!) ...here we use alcohol based dye, made in Italy, obviously (Nero d'Inferno is the name of the product) About the how to do that work with wet-leather....it depends from many factors ...one of them is our leather tanning, other is the position of design....and - not the last reason- the way to use the hands molding the leather around the foam....look more on FACEBOOK : Sergio Falco)

hello, I was watching the tutorial on how Christian make a motorcycle saddle and ,at the end of the tutorial, he colored the leather in two parts (see photo attached) brown and black .... What is the technique to achieve this effect (which I find amazing) to overlay two colors? which step to do? Thank you in advance for your attention and suggestions you can give me

Yes is my project and design, and many details are hand sewn, all the best material we can find in Italy and the Carving was a long meditated design. Hawk-man attack......half fantasy and half greek (sparta's king, Leonidas).. look at this other "historic bag" is like a LORICA SEGMENTATA, the armor of legendary centurions of Rome

yes is an epic design that was not so easy to decide, I like horses...but also ancient rome people, and also mythology..... so I invented a mythological warrior riding a horse and a crown of ivy leaves that means eternal life or immortality.... In the front of the bag there are two more carved ivy crown of leaves around the buckles, on both sides there are tho embossed emblems of Harley's bar and shield.... You will see....I want to establish the higher standard for saddlebgs in Europe.... Top quality leather from Florence, tooling like no other (in Europe....you are the masters and we bow in front of you!) details and finishes the best we can do.... Regards from Rome! or like the centurions used to say "strenght and honor!" falco
