  1. If this is your first attempt at making anything out of leather, I hate you a lot! This is beautiful work. I love Tony's patterns. I have been drooling over the Motoko 3, but I am too broke to buy enough leather. I'll have to wait until someone wants to buy something from me.
  2. You would have to modify the straps to be able to wear it all of those different ways, but this one from Tony See is great. I made one for my wife. https://www.etsy.com/listing/611934375/bag-pattern-leather-diy-pdf-download-hip?ref=shop_home_feat_2&pro=1
  3. I love the patterns from Tony See. Most are pdfs, but a few are acrylic patterns. He also sells some buckles and acrylic lenses to fit some of his mask/goggle patterns. The more complicated builds have free video tutorials on YouTube. https://www.etsy.com/shop/DieselpunkRo?ref=condensed_trust_header_icon_items
  4. I just looked at some different spangenhelms online, measured my head, and drew out a rough pattern on a moving box. I taped it together, for a test fit, then traced it on leather.
  5. I have been lurking for a while, but have never posted. I'm not formally trained. I just kind of stumble around with leather, dye, and tools, until I have armor. Here is my latest piece, the Odinhelm, along with the coif that I made from aluminum electric fence wire. The helm is riding a little high on my head, but the inside is adjustable.
